The hotel has defined six key environmental KPIs: water consumption, energy usage, towels and linen management, waste reduction, food waste, and chemical use. These KPIs are monitored and continuously optimized. The entire team, guided by a dedicated sustainability coordinator, actively seeks and implements more efficient and responsible operational practices, ensuring that sustainable improvements are consistently made.
